Toy Stores in Metrowest Massachusetts
With Toys R Us closing all of its stores, many parents are wondering where are they going to shop for toys! Especially since we had Toys R Us in Framingham and Dedham! Are there any toy stores in Metrowest Massachusetts left?
Now that Toys R Us is gone, where do I shop for toys?
While Amazon is a popular place, most parents I know still need brick and mortar stores to purchase play things! Whether it is because you need a last minute birthday gift or need the instant gratification for a good report card, you still need "toy doors" to walk through! As I spoke to many parents who asked me what I thought (due to my role at The Toy Insider), I reminded them that Toys R Us market percentage was not the only toy share in the market. Meaning they were not the place to shop for toys even before their demise.
As expected, Amazon was at the top for toy sales. However, Walmart and Target were very popular too. So those are still stores have robust toy departments. However, remember that there are a lot of local toy stores still in business! So shop local toy stores in Metrowest MA too! Thus, parents still have a lot of places to get the hottest toys of the season.
